Position:           Online Campaign & Search Strategist

This is a new role due to company expansion. My client is recruiting a talented and innovative Campaigns & Search Strategist who will focus on 4 key areas, Customer, Campaign Performance, Revenue Retention and Growth. 

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Campaign Performance Management: Search Engine Optimisation, PPC
• Develop best practices for search campaign quality.
•  Analyse online marketing and campaign performance data in order to suggest structural and editorial improvements that will optimise search campaigns across all relevant search platforms.
•  Leverage deep understanding of clients' websites and products to develop creative content for their text ads
•  Provides hands on support to account specialists to achieve customer goals and resolve any issues.
•  Demonstrate outstanding focus on customer experience.
•  Develop team structure, including weekly meetings, performance reviews, team coaching and personal development training.
•  Effective management of the team to maintain and deliver priorities within the framework of daily/weekly/monthly campaign performance, quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Salary is circa €45-60k DOE plus an excellent benefits package
