DEFENCE LITIGATION SOLICITOR - IN HOUSE ( MANAGER)

My client is looking to recruit a Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE within defence litigation to their team of 4 in South Dublin.  This role is at managerial level .

The main functions of this role are as follows:

• Handling a mixed case load or personal injury and non personal injury insurance related litigation.
• Advising on interpretation , drafting and amendment of policy wording and in particular litigation relating to specific performance.
• Knowledge of terminology of insurance documents, policy wordings and case-law, particularly in relation to property insurance.
• Manage an effective legal team for my client.
• Communicate and ensure the team complies with all relevant corporate policies and management practices.

Salary:  circa €100k depending on experience.
