One of the leading Funds Management companies  are currently recruiting for a Company Secretary ( assistant manager) . Key responsibilities would include controlling the provision of Company Secretarial and administration services to one key client group in an effective and efficient manner ensuring that a quality service is provided to the client.

 

Your duties would include the following:

•        To maintain and control the Company Secretarial relationship with the client.

•        To prepare and annually review a detailed Service Level Agreement and KPI's with the client.

•        To prepare, review and issue Board Books in a timely manner (if requested).

•        Attendance at Board Meetings, both locally and internationally held.

•        Production of accurate follow up points and minutes of meetings within agreed timeframes.

•        Ensuring Regulatory filings are made on a timely basis.

•        Maintenance of statutory books and records both manual and computerised.

•        Conducting and reviewing Annual Client Reviews.

•        Assisting in the maintenance of departmental records.

•        Communicating with clients and directors in a professional and efficient manner.

•        Ensuring that requests from clients and colleagues are dealt with in a timely and accurate manner.

•        Accountability for activities carried out by junior members of staff in the Department.

•        Motivating and encouraging team.

 

Requirements for this role include: Good knowledge of corporate secretarial practice and the funds industry. You must also be a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrator's.
