Product Manager - Broadband

Position:  Product Executive - Broadband

 

Main Duties of the role will include:
• Support Product Managers in managing and reporting on Key performance indicators
• Ensure control and compliance on all products
• Manage our broadband consumer base and proactively manage relationships with third party suppliers.
• Continuously keep the sales channels informed on any changes made within the product portfolio. This will involve arranging training sessions with the appropriate channels.

 

Personal Attributes:
Min 2yrs experience within a Product/IT/Telecoms role
Strong Customer Focus & Problem Solving Skills
Strong Oral and written communication skills
