SENIOR RECONCILIATIONS ADMIN
Company Profile
Our client, a leading provider of fund administration services to the global investment fund industry, is currently looking to recruit a Senior Reconciliations Administrator (on a fixed term contract basis) for their Dublin city centre based offices.
The Role
The successful candidate will assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reconciliations of cash and stock, which is the one of the primary controls used to ensure the accuracy of the NAVs.
Key responsibilities include:
 Reconciling cash and stock positions accurately and in line with strict deadlines.
 Processing automated transactions queues in a timely manner.
 Booking non-automated transactions manually.
 Ensuring all cash related entries are correctly posted.
 Investigating any exceptions.
 Communicating the potential impact of any unresolved reconciliation items to fund administration.
 Assisting and contributing to the ongoing development of processes and procedures.
 Participating in audit reviews and trustee on-site reviews.
 Providing coaching and training to team members when required.
 Participating in ad hoc projects.
 Preparing for new business implementations.
Experience
 At least 12 months funds administration experience.
 Accounting knowledge or exposure would be a distinct advantage
 Certificate in Mutual Funds would also be an advantage.
Education
Bachelors degree in a business, finance or accountancy related discipline is desirable. 
Salary
Excellent salary and benefits depending on experience.
