GERMAN AP CLERK required for a contract position to start over the coming weeks.

                                   **This position is based on a bus route***

Main duties

1. Process & analyse financial data related to Accounts Payable, ensuring that all AP & VAT controls are performed in compliance with SOX.
2. Process PO related invoices & tag these to correct POs/receipts
3. Ensure accurate coding & approval for payment.
4. Process non-PO related invoices & check signatures to matrix to ensure accurate coding & approval for payment. 
5. Review & validate all manual payments requests.
6. Establish an environment where continuous improvement becomes a way of life.
7. Always perform your tasks in compliance with SOX.

Experience

1. At least 18 months experience
2. Ideally be familiar in ORACLE/SAP or another ERP related software
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Fluency in GERMAN essential
5. Be available to start work over the coming 3 weeks
