One of the leading multinationals with location in city centre is looking for a part-qualified accountant with analysis of revenue and costing experience.

This is a very interesting role as by anlysing costs and revenue on various products and segments, you will help identify key areas for improvement that would significantly differentiate the client from its competitors, thus enhancing its market position.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
        

Calculate accruals/deferrals and input to the financial reporting process to enable accurate and timely accounting journals•        
Perform analysis on revenue or costs to identify key drivers of positive and negative trends within the figures•        
Ensure all processes are documented and maintained in line with SOX and accounting requirements•                 
Liaise with Business Information, Business Planning and Reporting, and Financial Management Leads in relation to trend analyses, and support them through the budgeting/planning and actuals process•        
Liaise with Billing Operations with respect to any potential billing issues identified.      Identify key benchmark metrics with respect to reporting process and implement appropriate measurement process•       
Build relationships with people in a variety of roles and levels with Finance and across the organisation.

Skills & Experience:

You will need to be part-qualified accountant with at least 1-2 years relevant experience.
You will also need to have strong analytical experience in both costs and revenue. The ideal person must be very commercially aware as she/he will be reporting figures to senior management.
