One of the leading US consultancy firms is looking for 1 Dutch Credit and Collections for its shared service centres in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity where you will be responsible for reducing debt aging, maximising cash collection and collecting high quality dispute information whilst ensuring that SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and KPI's are met.

Main requirements:

• Direct Cash application through remittance advice and statements as required.
• Proactively reduce debt aging and maximise cash collections.
• Consistently aim at building a long-lasting relationship with various clients.
• Attend client meeting to discuss debtor performance and address issues as required.
• Assist in the preparation of management reports in line with company's requirements.
• Provide a liaison and review service for the client.
• Participate to Ad-hoc.

Key requirements:

You will need to have experience in at least one of the following areas : AR, Collections or Credit Control. You must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written).

 Fluency in BOTH English and Dutch is a must.
