As part of its expansion, my client, a leading Multinational is looking for a Credit Controller for its corporate accounts.

You will be part of a totally new team of credit controllers, therefore you will be encouraged to bring in new ideas in credit and collection and pro-actively reduce & manage the debt for a ledger of top-tier corporate clients.

Key Accountabilities:

- Manage and maintain Debtors & Sales Ledger
- Reducing and maintaining debt within agreed targets
- Preparation of accounts for collection programmes and litigation
- Completing Pro-Active customer contacts & reconciliation of customer accounts
- Ensuring personal goals, objectives and targets are achieved within specified target times 
- Proposing solutions and suggestions to improve work practices/processes/policies 
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is met
- Building relationships with internal and external customers
- Escalating accounts for resolution where barriers cannot be removed

Minimum requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a Minimum of 1-2 years proven experience in Credit Management, ideally within a high-volume multinational where you will be handling corporate accounts.

You will be handling large complex accounts. These accounts will have a large numbers of accounts and bills with complex billing and collection procedures. You will need to see experience of dealing with large corporate customers (Large companies, councils, government departments etc).

You must have experience in dealing with corporate accounts and fluent in English.
