One of the leading company in investment banking with worldwide operations, is currently seeking an Experienced Account Payable.

This is an excellent role as you will be fully responsible for the full AP process and you will be directly reporting to the Team Leader. 
You will also advance your AP career within a leading investment company firm with worldwide operations.

Main duties:

Input, approval, payment and filing of all supplier invoices for relevant countries as deemed by team leader.
Dealing with supplier queries in a Timely and efficient manner
Dealing with internal supplier queries
Full responsibility for all cheque payments and EFT transfers for all relevant companies
Fully reconcile all bank and supplier accounts on completion of Month end.
Ensure company corporate credit card program is managed effectively.
Assist in the development of a reporting and monitoring tool for the department
Actively contribute to team meetings and the development of the department
Proactive in suggesting improvements and amending processes to improve efficiency where appropriate
Document Management for various locations

Minimum Requirements:

You must have at least 2-3 years experience in an Account Payable department, within a high-volume environment
Oracle or similar ERP Package is a distinct advantage
