A PERMANENT QUALITY MANAGER ROLE IN A HEALTHCARE COMPANY

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• participate in defining the quality policy
• caring the elements of the QMS including the maintenance of a systematic overview
• ongoing care to fulfil and  to cover the requirements of the customers/patients
• ensure the assembly of the Quality Management Manual
• ensure the elaboration of the required documents and procedures
• care the records on the documentation of the QMS, ensure the distribution process of this documentation and ensure the derogation of the invalid / cancelled documents.
• Drive and control the trainings regarding the QMS and other „Q" issues
• Care the planning and realise the internal audits and other necessary supplement internal controls, (organise the internal audits, support to set the list of questions, recording the non-conformities, care the elaboration of the corrective actions and efficient actions on them, ensure reports to be ready)
• Participate in the preparations and realisation of the management review(s) and ensure the necessary records to be done
• Keep contact with external parties regarding to QMS in patients, suppliers etc. Issues; responsible in communication with customers and other interested parties on matters pertaining to the QMS.

SKILLS:
• Having a minimum of 3 years experience in operations of QMS and /or departments and processes
• Having training  regarding QMS requirements (e.g.: ISO 9001)
• Excellent knowledge of regulating processes
• Strong experience in providing internal audits
• Knowledge of JCI accreditation a must
