VALUATIONS SUPERVISORS are required by one of CORKS and IRELAND's LEADING FUND HOUSES

Main duties

• Provision of Fund Accounting / Administration services
• Direct responsibility for ensuring that the NAVs/Distribution rates of all funds are calculated accurately and on a timely basis in accordance with the Bank of New York Mellon standard (or client specific) procedures and timetables and that the necessary controls are in place and adhered to in order to provide accurate and timely fund accounting/administration services to our clients.
• Ensuring the NAVs and dividend rates are accurately communicated to the relevant parties (clients/shareholders/listing agents/other) according to the client specific agreed timetable and for ensuring that the information is received.
• Supervision of fund administrators to ensure the accurate and timely processing of trade, corporate action and cash settlement information on the accounting system.
• Ensuring accuracy (as evidenced by physical sign-off) of new master file set up on the accounting system.
  Timely payment of fund expenses.

The ideal candidate

• Will have at least 3 years experience
• 1 year of which will be at a supervisory/team lead level
• Excellent knowledge of the funds industry
• Strong analytical and communication skills
