Our client is currently seeking an Inbound Customer Service Representative to receive calls and following up on leads in-bound. Due to their continued success, they are expanding and would like experienced customer service staff to join their busy team within Motor & Household division.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Provide a high quality and consistent customer sales and service via phone.
• Acquiring a high level of product and service knowledge.
• Processing each transaction in line the client's policies, processes and procedures.
• Accurate data input into appropriate systems in line with: client's policies, processes and procedures.
• To sell products and services and process orders/registrations on behalf of clients, as appropriate.
• To understand all personal and team targets and to achieve those targets on a continuous basis
• Productivity and efficiency targets e.g. Average Handle Time
Requirements:
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven Customer service ability
• Use initiative - be ambitious and success driven
• To be articulate and bright in presenting their views.
• To demonstrate a confident and pleasant manner, when dealing with people.
• Voice and manner must come across well during telephone call.
• To demonstrate the ability to communicate well in writing.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be very familiar with the Irish business culture, place-names etc.
• Work experience in a role with direct customer contact, preferably in a sales environment.
If you are working to your full potential, you have the ability to earn up to €35,000 annually.
