A leading Investment bank currently has a role for an Investment administrator working in their middle office. The client is looking for candidates with at least 6 months experience within financial services who are looking to pursue a career in this area.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Once full trained)

  • Timely verification/confirmation and settlement of all foreign exchange deals (interbank and institutional)
  • Verification of all net positions for affiliate netting clients
  • Verification/ confirmation of FX options and all deals associated
  • Trader / sales desk liaison for problem solving
  • Swap deals over the phone
  • Tracking outstanding confirmations and trades
  • Reuters validation
  • Projects
  • Archive all data associated with foreign exchange deals.

 

SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Essential:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player who can also work on his or her own initiative.
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Financial Impact Awareness
