Sigmar Contracts is an independent division of the Sigmar Recruitment Group, established to provide services to companies outside that of standard recruitment services. These service include any professional services or consultations.

 

The services are provided by our client partners and co-ordinated by an appointed Sigmar Contracts Manager through our recruitment business model. With Sigmar’s extensive experience in recruitment and process outsourcing, we are uniquely positioned to identify and assemble a team of qualified individuals or technical experts to provide the services; this is done by deriving a person specification from the tender document.  Sigmar Contracts assumes the responsibilities of the service delivery, working in tandem with our technical experts.

 

Sigmar ensures quality of services and continuity of contract, through replacement of technical experts. This offers you the opportunity to work with some of the best people in the market, at a highly effective cost. It also offers you security that should an individual be unable to complete the contract Sigmar Contracts will appoint a similarly able technical expert.

 

For the technical experts, this gives them the chances to pool their resources under Sigmar Contracts and provide services to larger organisations, such as yours. They avail of the management structure and the financial security within Sigmar Contracts, thus allowing them to focus solely on providing the highest quality services and consultations.

 

 
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

Price: We charge a recruitment fee NOT a professional services fee. And we only invoice for the time the technical experts spends working with you.

We offer you these professional technical experts through our recruitment business model; which means we only invoice you the cost of the technical expert’s salary, or contract rate, for the time spent with you; plus a percentage of this amount as our recruitment fee.
