Adrian McGennis, Managing Director
Adrian, founder director and CEO of Sigmar Recruitment Ltd.,  has worked closely with the government agencies over 15 years in attracting inward investment to Ireland and has himself advised on strategic growth for many successful Indigenous and multinational companies. He has a Degree in Engineering from UCD and Diploma in Management from TCD, along with sixteen years high profile experience in the Irish recruitment market.

 

Mairéad Mulvey, Director
Mairéad is one of the founding directors of Sigmar and has over 15 years experience working in the recruitment sector in Ireland. She was previously General Manager of Ann O’Brien Office Specialists. She is a graduate of UCD and The Michael Smurfit School of Business. Mairéad recruits for all healthcare roles in Ireland and internationally.

 

Robert MacGiolla Phadraig, Director (Technical Division/Training)
Robert, with 8 years recruitment training experience, has delivered high volume outplacement programs in addition with one to one executive coaching programs. Robert has also facilitated large recruitment drives for both large multinationals and SMEs. He works with "Business in the Community", supporting and coaching ex offenders and migrants back into employment. Robert is a regular media commentator on recruitment. Robert holds a BA Arts from UCD and has completed Train the Trainer course with Anamili Training.

 

Frank Farrelly, Director (Sales & Marketing/Accountancy/Training)
Frank is an Economics & Politics graduate of UCD and the Smurfit School of Business.  He has 9 years experience in Sales & Marketing Recruitment.  He has recruited for a number of Corporate and SME companies in Ireland including O2, HOK, ICC, SIG Ireland, Oracle and Vodafone.

 

Barry Rudden, Associate Director (IT)
Barry Rudden has worked in IT & Technical Recruitment since 1999. He joined Sigmar in October 2002 having previously worked for two other leading agencies. Barry is an Associate Director and currently heads up the IT Recruitment division of Sigmar. He studied Business Studies & Management in DIT.

 

Deirdre Kennedy, Galway Office Manager
Deirdre set up Sigmar Galway and has over 10 years recruitment experience.  She is a BBS graduate of Liverpool John Moores University and holds a Diploma in Business and Human Resources Management from National College of Ireland. Deirdre began her career in recruitment after working in HR for Guinness Ireland, St James Gate and Intel Ireland, Kildare.

 

Maria Sheehy, Cork Office Manager
Maria Sheehy joined Sigmar Recruitment in May 2005 as a Principal Consultant and was promoted to General Manager in August 2007.  A Marketing graduate, Maria has over 9 years experience recruiting in the Cork market and specialises in Accountancy, Finance and Banking. Maria leads a team of five recruitment Consultants in the Cork office.

 

Richard Murphy, Cavan Office Manager
Richard Murphy manages the Sigmar office in Cavan. Richard holds an Honours Degree in Manufacturing Engineering and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from DIT. Richard worked as a customer account manager with Pressco Ltd specializing in the Oil and Gas industry. Richard started with Sigmar in 2007 and has already established himself with a large base of high profile clients.

 

Conor Edwards, Swords Office Manager
Conor Edwards is an Honours Graduate in Economics and has a Diploma in Business & Finance.   A key member of the original Sigmar team, he has over nine years recruitment experience. Prior to joining Sigmar, Conor had worked for a leading recruitment agency in both their Dublin and Belfast offices, previous to this he spent five years working within Sales & Marketing.

 

Jennifer Ward, Banking & Finance Manager
She comes from a HR background in the IT sector and has experience in Corporate Communications from her time in Australia.  Jennifer holds a Diploma in Management Studies awarded by the ICM.  She is accountable for the management of a number key accounts within Sigmar. She joined Sigmar company in 2004.

 

Malwina Koperwas, Accountancy Manager
Malwina is responsible for a wide portfolio of clients including major Financial Services Companies, Multinational Industry and Accountancy practices. Malwina holds a Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology. Having initially gained recruitment experience in Poland she joined Sigmar recruitment on relocating to Ireland in 2005.

 

Miriam Durack, Sigmar Health Manager
Prior to Miriam joining and establishing her team she worked for 10 years in the NHS (National Health Service) in the UK, where she gained extensive knowledge of recruitment to the healthcare Industry. She has worked in numerous positions, such as  Business, HR and Operations  management. Miriam has worked on both local, national and international projects for the NHS.
