Previously, high attrition levels in the recruitment sector resulted in companies not having a recruitment partner that understood their needs due to lack of consistency and a constant change in account managers.  Our research showed that there was a market need here that required addressing. The key to our success is that we have managed to attract and retain skilled recruitment consultants through the creation of a dynamic work environment and the development of innovative rewards policies which include equity and profit sharing opportunities.
